Biography
Inba, as popularly known, is an HR veteran and a widely recognized professional in the area of strategic HR, Hi Performance Work Team, OD Consulting, Coaching and Leadership Development. He has been consulting organizations in India, USA, China, Sri Lanka, and APAC region. Though he has held leadership positions with some of the best organizations in India, and have been coaching and mentoring leaders in corporates, he initiated various empowerment programs to release potentials among young talents across the country through his focused leadership sessions.
He holds a Post Graduate degree in personnel management from Loyola College and is a licensed Practitioner for Relational Proximity Framework from Relational Analytics Limited, UK, an Accredited Practitioner for Team Management Systems, Australia, Certified in Design Thinking from MIT, a certified executive coach from ICF, Certified professional development trainer from Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences, and a Group Relations from Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, UK.
Before moving to full-time consulting, Inba served as Group Director with one of the big names in the infrastructure development company and headed corporate HR for one of the oldest Indian conglomerates.
