Biography
Kavita is a out of box thinker and prefers to look beyond the usuals. She holds a rich experience of 18 plus years in OD Consulting, Research, and Academics. She is passionate about designing and facilitating interventions that generate true value for the organization and its people. She has the credit of successful delivery of multiple projects in India, and other Asian and Middle-east countries. Throughout her professional journey, she feels herself to be privileged to have helped several organizations and individuals to realize their true potential. She is known for her proficiency in Competency-based systems, Assessment Development Centres, Psychometrics, Behavioral Training, Research, and Data Analysis.
She holds her Doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology and earned her Master’s in Psychology from the University of Kerala. Besides, she is a certified Psychometrician and a certified HR Analytics Professional.
Apart from her consulting assignments, she enjoys imparting her knowledge to aspiring organizational psychologists in various premiere institutes and delivers motivational speeches on different platforms.
Before Co-founding Talent Abundance, Kavita worked with some of India’s best Consulting companies offering Assessment and OD solutions.
