Sumir Jeet Narayan

Biography

Strategic HR and engagement catalyst, are the sobriquet that he has earned for himself. Sumir possess 16 plus years of experience in OD Consulting and Business and has been supporting leaders in mid-size to large companies in successfully rolling out strategic HR and OD initiatives. He has served clients across multiple industry segments, and beyond geographical boundaries. He is a proactive HR professional who is passionate about enhancing people processes at the workplace, and especially enjoys working in the area of Diagnostics and organizational surveys, Competency-based management, Assessment Development Centre, Onboarding & Exit systems, Psychometrics, HR Analytics, and Performance metrics.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a postgraduate in Business Administration from the University of Madras, Sumir is a certified competency facilitator and also a certified OKR professional.

Before founding Talent Abundance, Sumir was heading the state-level skill development initiative for the UT of Andaman, and earlier held senior-level roles with organizations in the assessment industry.
